Terms of Service & Software License Agreement

These Terms of Service and Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") govern the purchase and use of software products (the "Software") provided by Individual Entrepreneur Vladlen Berezovskii ("we", "us", "our", "Interatouch Software"), operating the website interatouch.software. By purchasing, activating, or using the Software, you (the "User") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, we grant the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. This is a licence to use the Software only — no ownership, intellectual property, or source code rights are transferred to the User.

The User may not:

Transfer, assign, sublicense, lend, rent, or make the Software available to any third party;
Resell the license or issue licenses to others;
Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the Software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

2. Personal Account & License Management

Access to the license, its activation, and any permitted transfer between the User's own devices is carried out through the User's personal account (dashboard). The User is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

3. Device Binding & Single Simultaneous Use

Each license is bound to a single device. A license may not be used simultaneously on multiple devices or at multiple events at the same time.

In the event of equipment failure, the User may re-bind and transfer the license to another device free of charge, independently, through their personal account.

4. Software Provided "As Is"

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

All sales are final. No refunds of funds are provided after purchase.
We are not liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from software errors, malfunctions, downtime, or interruptions.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Acknowledgement Before Purchase

By purchasing a license, the User confirms that they have:

Received all exhaustive information about the Software, its features, and its limitations, and that the Software fully meets their expectations;
Where a demo or trial version is offered for the product, tested that demo version prior to purchase.

6. Lifetime Licenses & Updates

Where a license is distributed as a lifetime license, the User receives access to future updates free of charge. However, we do not guarantee the continuous or ongoing release of updates. In any case, the User retains access to the Software permanently, subject to the restrictions of this Agreement (i.e. without the right to transfer or resell it).

7. Support

We provide free support, which includes:

Prompt correction of critical errors in the Software, where such errors exist;
Advice and recommendations on the use of the Software.

Support does not include setting up or configuring the Software on behalf of the User, nor remote configuration services.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
