2. Subject of the Agreement

2. The name, quantity, procedure, and other conditions of the Services are determined based on the Contractor’s information upon the Customer’s application, or as set forth on the Contractor’s Website.
3. The Contractor may provide Services personally or involve third parties, for whose actions the Contractor is liable to the Customer as for its own.
4. The Agreement is concluded by acceptance of this Offer through conclusive actions, including but not limited to:
   • registering an account on the Website (if required);
   • submitting an application for Services;
   • paying for Services;
   • performing actions related to the provision of Services by the Contractor.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. Contractor’s Rights and Obligations

4. Price and Payment Procedure

1. The cost of Services and the payment procedure are based on the Contractor’s information upon the Customer’s application or as set on the Website.
2. All settlements under the Agreement are cashless.

5. Confidentiality and Security

1. The Parties shall ensure confidentiality and security of personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and Federal Law No. 149-FZ “On Information, Information Technologies, and Protection of Information.”
2. The Parties shall maintain confidentiality of information obtained under this Agreement and take all possible measures to prevent disclosure.
3. Confidential Information means any information transferred by the Parties during the Agreement, subject to protection, except for specified exclusions.
4. Such information may include internal regulations, contracts, letters, reports, research results, specifications, and other documents in paper or electronic form.

6. Force Majeure

1. The Parties are released from liability for non-performance if caused by force majeure: government bans, epidemics, blockades, embargoes, earthquakes, floods, fires, or other natural disasters.
2. A Party must notify the other within 30 business days of such circumstances.
3. A document issued by a competent state authority is sufficient proof of the existence and duration of force majeure.
4. If force majeure persists for more than 60 business days, either Party may unilaterally withdraw from the Agreement.

7. Liability of the Parties

1. In case of non-performance or improper performance, the Parties are liable under this Offer.
2. The Contractor is not liable for non-performance or improper performance caused by the Customer.
3. The breaching Party shall compensate the other Party for damages caused by such breaches.

8. Term of the Offer

1. The Offer is effective from publication on the Website until revoked by the Contractor.
2. The Contractor may amend or revoke the Offer at any time at its discretion. Notice of changes or revocation may be provided by publishing on the Website, via the Customer’s personal account, or by sending a notice to the email or postal address provided by the Customer.
3. The Agreement enters into force upon the Customer’s acceptance of the Offer and remains effective until full performance of obligations by the Parties.
4. Amendments published on the Website in the form of an updated Offer are deemed fully accepted by the Customer.

9. Additional Provisions

1. The Agreement, its conclusion, and performance are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Matters not regulated herein are governed by Russian substantive law.
2. In case of a dispute, the Parties shall settle it amicably before litigation. Unresolved disputes are subject to resolution under the laws of the Russian Federation. Pre-trial dispute resolution is mandatory.
3. The language of the Agreement and all interactions between the Parties is Russian.
4. All documents to be provided under this Offer must be in Russian or accompanied by a duly certified Russian translation.
5. Failure by either Party to act in case of a breach does not constitute a waiver of rights nor preclude later protection.
6. Links on the Website to third-party sites are for information only; the Contractor does not control their content and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from their use.
